The Leadership Development Program
Want to operate your own Chick-fil-A one day? We’ll help you get on the right path to operator selection. If selected, you’ll have the opportunity to train in Atlanta and travel the country, serving Chick-fil-A in different states while you go through the operator selection process.
The Leadership academy
Learn how to lead self, lead teams, and lead organizations.
Our operator’s passion project, the Leadership Academy has been developing leaders for our store since 2015. We help team members grow to their fullest potential in the restaurant, from team members to trainers to directors, equipping them to one day pursue their own career with Chick-fil-A if they choose.
Our Leadership Academy teaches the SERVE LEADERSHIP model and offers access to multiple books, courses, trainings and conferences, keeping our team members on the cutting edge of personal development.
